  2. how would you go about helping an athlete get lean and maintain performance if he trains twice a day? am- strength training pm sports. basically every meal is a pre and post workout meal. carbs with all meals? sample day would be:
    meal 1 breakfast pre workout
    strength train
    pw shake
    meal 2 post workout meal
    meal 3 pre sports workout meal
    meal 4- post workout meal
